I offer professional web site maintenance services to micro business owners like you. I know you don’t have a lot of money, and I know you don’t have much time. But I also know that unless someone takes charge of your website updates they’ll never get done.

I work on content-driven websites, static web sites, WordPress and Joomla platforms, as well as select E-commerce systems. If you’re not sure whether I can work on your website, just ask.

Website updating & maintenance process

Step 1 – Decide what you need done. You may want some HTML changes, some content management, updates to your web site code, a re-design of your web site graphics or some custom programming. All you have to do is send me an email with as much detail as possible. Don’t worry if you’re unsure of the technical jargon at this stage. I’ll walk you through it.

Step 2 – Approve my quote. Based on the email you send me, I’ll prepare a detailed quote of the website updates to be done with a fixed price and a timescale to complete the project. Once you’re happy with the price I’ll send you an invoice for payment. Incidentally, my hourly rate is £30.

Step 3 – Get started. I’ll need a copy of your FTP and/or Website database details to be able to access your site before I can start. Once I have this information I’ll complete the project and ask for your final approval. When you’re happy I’ll upload the final updates to your web site for the world to see.
