WordPress is supposed to be easy to use, and for the most part it is. But from time to time you may need help making your site a little bit better. I can help.

What it costs
The helpdesk is for people who don’t have a ton of money and need help fast, so I’ve reduced my rate to £35/hr (about US$55), with a 24-48 hour turnaround.
How it works
- Fill in the form below in as much detail as possible.
- When you click submit, you’ll be redirected to Paypal to pay a £20 deposit.
- After payment you’ll get an email from me confirming receipt.
- I’ll send you a quote with a link to pay the remaining balance.
- If my price is too high or I can’t help you, I’ll refund your deposit in full.

Terms
- A 24-48 hour turnaround time is my aim on every job but I will always confirm a completion date.
- A deposit of £20 is required upfront. If I can’t help you, I will refund you in full.
- My hourly rate for this service is £35. I will give you a fixed price quote before starting work.
- Because I will be working on your live site, I require full payment in advance. If for any reason I cannot complete the job, your money will be refunded.
- If you accept a quote and then change your mind later, your £20 deposit will be forfeited.
