WordPress 2.7 is about to become the only CMS you’ll ever need
I came across a promotional video for the Beta release of WordPress 2.7 on Webmonkey today. Looking at the promo it looks like the WordPress development team are really starting to put more emphasis on the Content Management aspect of the platform.
No longer is WordPress just a blogging tool. It’s becoming the only tool you’re ever going to need to run your website. Take a look at this

Whilst Wordpress has this robust nature about its ability to “just work”, the advent of wordpress 2.7 is going to bring it to Apple status. Slick and polished with the ability to get on with the job.
I don’t know about anybody else, but I’m excited! Bring on 2.7!

Wow that looks good! I honestly thought wordpress couldnt go much futher in its development, its that good - I was wrong!
WP 2.7 is gonna be fantastic, I’ve already started using the beta versions on some of my sites, naughty I know but I just can’t wait and so far I haven’t come across too many major bugs. Looks like wordpress knows how to create hype as well.
